Does Your Mobility Cause You to Slice?

Club face position and club path into impact are the most common culprits that cause golfers to hit the slice. The path and club face position can be fixed or at least improved with golfers who have the ability to dissociate  or independently move their upper body while their lower body stays still. But for some golfers if they don’t have the mobility to dissociate their upper/lower body and are stuck in the slice pattern. This video will take you through 2 simple tests to help you learn if your body’s mobility is causing you to slice!
